Autogrange is not your typical car dealer. There is no heated showroom, coffee machine or suited salesmen. However this is not a reflection on the quality of the cars available or the professional service provided by Matthew. From the very beginning Matthew promptly replied to emails and was very friendly to deal with. My X3, for its age, was in excellent condition and the purchase was easy and seamless. I did have a problem with the car within the first few days, which could not have been foreseen, but Matthew resolved the issue with little inconvenience to me and within the warranty.

I’ve had the car for over 18 months. It has been reliable, just routine servicing, and a pleasure to drive. I would not hesitate buying from Matthew again.

Just as with a previous reviewer, we had a 2-hour journey to view two Audi TTs but the trip was worth it. A relaxed environment with friendly, knowledgeable sales advice from Matthew. Following a few test drives, we chose the TT that was right for us and did the deal there and then. Quality vehicles at a fair price plus a fair price offered on part exchange for our own car. Happy with the car, happy with the service. Recommended.

Today I drove 2 hours to see Matthew to purchase a great little JCW Mini Cooper, I required for a runaround.

Matthew goes above and beyond to ensure top customer satisfaction. We had a few electrical gremlins with our new CX5 (which nobody would have known about at point of sale). As soon as we raised the issue with Matthew, he did not hesitate to sort for us, and for no extra cost to us whatsoever. We were kept in the loop at every stage and had a courtesy car sorted for us while we waited. The car is now in top condition and drives like new, despite being several years old.

Matthew is a man of his word, which is very refreshing as I find is often not the case in this industry.

Having asked a few questions about a car via email Matthew was very quick to reply, I then asked for a quick video walk around of the car as I live a bit of a distance away.. first thing the following day I received the most clear, honest and detailed walk around of a car I have ever seen. So I decided to pencil in a date to view and possible drive away in it.
Upon arrival the car I was met with was exactly as described down to every last detail.
I could not possibly be any happier, honestly the best used car dealer I have ever experienced.

Just helped my son buy an Audi A3 from Matthew at Autogrange. The whole buying experience was first class - Matthew immediately responded to our email enquiry, notwithstanding being on holiday. After arranging to view the car we certainly weren't disappointed! From the outset Matthew was extremely professional and helpful and within the hour we had decided the car was for us.
When we collected the car it looked absolutely immaculate both inside and out, in showroom condition.
Unfortunately we experienced a few unforeseeable teething problems in the first month of ownership. But credit where credit is due, Matthew took care of everything at no further cost to ourselves and all in a timely manner, keeping us up to speed at every turn.
We would definitely use Autogrange again in the future and can't recommend themhighly enough. Absolutely first class service!
